PLEASE FILL OUT WHEN YOUR TEAM HAS BEEN ELIMINATED FROM TOURNAMENT PLAY - NOT BEFORE THE SEASON IS OVER!!

  Deadline for sending this form by email is June 1

This information will be used to determine  other things besides the TBCA All Region and All-State teams including:

1) Statewide Stat Leaders - STATE RECORD BOOK

2) Tennessee Baseball Report - Super Sophomore and Freshman Teams

3) Tennessee Baseball Report - All State Teams

4) Tennessee Baseball Report - All 2 Way Performer Teams (Pitch plus another position)

Choose only his primary position - if they play more than one... Designated Hitter and Utility are not options.

5) Will also use this to have Top TN Players for 2015 LIST

Due to several reasons I've had to change forms - spam has been overwhelming

Please list your top freshman and sophomores so we can use it for Super Freshman/Sophomore Team - Also for Top Prospect list for 2015

I will organize all nominations by region and send to Pat Swallows for distribution - if you are not a member you should join, but also nominate even if your not - we can sort that out
